Question about Cibola-Colorado River Camping Area

Does anyone know if we can fish there with a California fishing license or do I have to be on the California side of the river?

CA fishing license is good for anywhere on the Colorado River, both sides and it tributaries. We are camped at Mittry Lake N of Yuma and being it is a tributary we can fish here with a CA license.

I would think you would need an Arizona fishing licence.
