We arrived in the late afternoon and there was a line of people getting sites. We did not have reservation and were able to get a site. The manager was very helpful. The campground roads are little tight but the site was big. The falls is a must see and only a short walk from the campground.

The site was nice, big, private and level with lots of trees that could be used for drying clothes and hanging hammocks. There are some nice hikes in the park and places to swim. You do have to drive to the swim spot, depending on where your site is located. The bathroom was clean and there is a laundromat on site.

Canada's provincial parks require a valid park permit AND campsite fees. Permits are $125/annual or $5/night in addition to campground fees. We traveled this road from Ogdensburg, NY to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Entering Canada requires a passport.
I note two things different from the coiffed provincial parks of British Columbia. 1) These are not as pristine as those in BC, BUT 2) If you carry 100' of power cord, you have electric, which is unusual for a provincial park, and means no generators!

Great Provincial Park, well spaced sites, easy access to sites (not always the case in PPs) with reasonably close electric service. An excellent PP and a good place to stop and stay .
Stayed again 7/16 and this time on a Saturday the rate totalled $45 with the $15 park pass.
