We were there in October 2022 and used both Verizon and T-Mobile on our Insty Connect. Verizon performed better with speeds between 26 to 72 Mbps down and 11 to 23 Mbps up. T-Mobile was strong on our iPhones, but not really useable at all via the Insty. Good luck!

We mostly used starlink while here since it was working perfectly, but did test our Verizon mobile hotspot and had good signal. Hopefully someone else will have checked Tmobile.
