No facilities and free. Lot is perfectly flat and the sunset over the mountains was beautiful. Very close to Carlsbad Caverns. Bring what you need though. White's City is ridiculously expensive.

The entire area is big, open and flat suitable for any size rig. There are about 10 tent camping areas with firepits, weirdly located outside the fenced area on the north side. Large dumpster is available. Close to Carlsbad Caverns. This is a wind prone area. There were 23 rigs last night, half pulled out this morning.

We arrived the day after Christmas and there were only 3 other campers in the lot. It was extremely quiet and it felt safe enough to leave our trailer while we went to Carlsbad Caverns. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved This Spot! Close To Carlsbad Caverns And Guadalupe. No Noise From The Highway, A Big Trash Dumpster, And Very Clean And Level With Cell Service. Just Watch Out If Driving In because there were some rock piles which I assume would be for fires. Super easy to find.

Wind flapped our slide covers around quite bit, but for the price (free!) was perfect and good location to the caverns and Guadalupe park. You could also go down the county road and find a place where there was no one at all, but we chose to stay on level ground with our 35 foot 5th wheel.

This is just a short distance off the highway a little south of Carlsbad Caverns and just north of Guadalupe Mountains National Park. It's very convenient and it was a quiet location all night.
