The owners are so great. We were provided a very shaded campsite that provided a great view of the lake. The campground was very convenient to I80 yet provided a very rural setting to enjoy nature. We stayed over a weekend and enjoyed a live band on Saturday night. What a wonderful experience!

That being said, they were very accommodating and found a site for us for one night. Water and electricity for $37. Decent enough. Site was at a slight angle but easy enough to level out. Nice grassy site. Being a warm, humid September day, there are plenty of bugs which we’re not that accustomed to from Oregon.
The bath house and bathroom is a throwback from another era. Very odd shower and shower area, and the sink to wash your hands is in the back of the restroom while the urinals and toilets are in the front. Very strange layout and they need serious attention. Many of the rigs in here or permanent or semi-permanent structures. Probably more weekend RVers from the area than traveling-across-the-country folk like us. Some train noise, some factory noise in the background. Nothing overbearing. An OK spot for the night.

The owners were so accommodating and helpful ... they are available during the day if you require anything (firewood, recommendations, etc.). There was a wedding at the barn while we were there ... I asked if I could just pop my head it for a quick look before it started and was amazed at how beautiful it was! Loved the lake and being able to walk around such a lovely campground. Slept so well each night ... can't wait to go back!!! This is a place you need to check out as you won't be disappointed.

This was our first camping trip since purchasing our travel trailer. The site was a pull through which was perfect for the inexperienced. This particular site offered no shade but was spacious and level. The owners are wonderful hosts and helped us a great deal. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The owners are working on updating the bath house facility. There website said wifi but there was none, they are working on getting it. The folks who live there year round were very friendly and helpful and are very pleased with their new owners. The only negative for us was the garbage pickup at 5 am as our site was right across from it. We did hear the train occasionally as mentioned in the other review but it was not at all distracting from the peacefulness of the site.

It's actually an entertainment venue where one can have weddings etc. Has a lot of potential for the new owners and they seem to be working hard to achieve that. Camp sites seem to be mostly grass pull throughs. W/E. Mostly green and quiet. You can hear trains but not too close and no nearby RR crossings so not much whistle. Pond, play... more

Camp sites seem to be mostly grass pull throughs. W/E. Mostly green and quiet. You can hear trains but not too close and no nearby RR crossings so not much whistle. Pond, playground, showers, laundry. Good AT&T. I'd give it 5 stars for being pleasant but it is older and needs some work.
