I'm not sure about a monthly rate but 2 years ago when we stayed there they told us we could stay as long as we wanted to. They don't reserve your site to someone else until you provide notice that you are leaving. It's a weird policy in my mind and I'm not sure how they go about managing it but that's what I was told.
