My recollection is 14 days. Clearly there were a few campers that had been there a while. We only stayed two days then continued our trip to Oregon.

I don’t think there was anything posted. A call to the public land manager might get you an answer. I had a question before visiting and called, left a message. Miraculously a man called me back and left a courteous message answering my question (I missed his call back).
