Overnight stay during travel on I5. Access is very easy from the freeway. The tradeoff is freeway noise. The campground was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The camp hosts were friendly. Really happy with the stay.

We stayed here mid-August, 2021 for one night as we traveled up the 5. Reserved a site online ($10 reservation fee), but wanted to have a site long enough to not have to un-hook and know we would have a site. Site was decent enough, but close to site to the East. Nice people in that site, so all good! The area closer to the highway was pretty - full of old trees, but noisy. Good river access for families and kids. Camp host nice - showed us where a cherry plum tree was!

I had visited this campground on a motorcycle before, but had never been all the way back into it. It is a nice little place! A wind storm had blown through the night before and our original site wasn’t safe due to a tree that was leaning. They put us in another larger spot. This was nice because we had also brought our car (we only live 75 miles away).
We came the have the great Thanksgiving buffet at the casino. While there, I was ready to go back to camp and my husband was playing cards. I was able to take the shuttle back so he would have the car.
The next day the camp hosts were out busy cleaning up all the debris from the storm. It is a well kept park that isn’t too expensive.
