Central Park MH & RV Resort

My family of 5 stayed for one week. The park has been updated with new electric hookups throughout. We had no issues running AC (our hottest day was 85°). The sites had onsite water and sewage hookups which made our stay much easier. All bathrooms have been recently updated and were extremely clean throughout our entire stay. 2X weekly onsite trash pickup was convenient. Pool was very clean and had plenty of loungers and covered tables.

This campsite is a mix of full time residents, snow-birds and short term RV sites. Everyone I met was friendly.

There was some road noise, but it wasn’t an issue with us. Conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores and Walmart Supercenter.

Our spot was nice enough, pull-through was easy to get into after circling around the one way streets. Hook-ups all worked well and our site was paved and level. There are lots of permanent and long-term residents. Some units are not kept up well. And expect noise, kids unattended, and loud vehicle stereos. Laundry facilities are mostly clean depending on day but convenient with the app.
Would stay again for shorter stays.

We booked this park for a week before we head to Orlando. Since we have stayed in a Sun Resort before, we had high expectations for this place. There is a nice pool. And the office staff is very friendly. But the problems began as soon as we were checked in. We were "upgraded" to a different site than we booked online because the office staff didn't think we would fit. Ok, no problem! But when we started hooking up our sewer and water and power, our surge protector kept shutting our system down because of low power at the pedestal. So we were moved to a different site. This site still had low voltage on the 50 amp plug, but we decided to stay and use the 30 amp plug instead. Now, it's three days into our stay and the power on both the 50 and 30 amp plugs keeps fluctuating so bad that our system keeps shutting off. I might be a little more gracious about it if it weren't 90 degrees outside and our AC won't stay on. This park is not a resort. It's a full time/seasonal mobile home community with a handful of daily rate sites.
