Eleanor Oaks RV Park

I “stayed” here for a month last year. It’s more like I parked my MH here for a month. I only slept in it 4 nights because of the bugs. The no-see-ums, or biting midges we’re terrible. It was hard to even walk the dog. So I stayed at my moms condo instead.
My neighbors appeared to be long term. The ground between our spots smelled horrible from their pets constantly using it as their bathroom.
I stayed for a month, the last 10 days of November and the next 21 in December and was charged a monthly rate. When I checked out I was given my electric bill which was very low since I was never there, but they also charged me 2 times for an “electric fee” which was additional to my usage. When I asked about the fee they told me I had to pay it for Nov and Dec. I explained I only stayed for 1 month but they weren’t having it. Seems a little crazy to me. I also want to mention that I specifically asked about the electricity when I booked the site and was never told about this fee, just how much it was per kWh.
