The answers are correct, although confusing. The Federal Senior Pass is only for Federal Lands (National Parks, etc). Nevada has their own annual senior pass, which is accepted at all Nevada State Parks. This includes the price of admission and camping. However, it does not include hookup fees, which run $10 per night. So, if you do not hook up to power (water and sewer depending on the State Park), you do not have to pay this fee.

The specific question has been answered by others, but I might add that the campground fee includes the price of admission to the park. Pretty good deal in my book!

The Nevada State Park Pass (Senior) is accepted as Cathedral Gorge State Park is part of the NEVADA Park system. Consider checking out the Nevada State Park website for a listing of all the beautiful state parks available for your pleasure.

No. State parks do not honor senior lifetime passes. These are only for federal lands: National or BLM parks.

Hello - it's my impression that senior lifetime passes are good for national parks, but do not translate to state parks.
