“Beautiful and Relaxing”

Such a beautiful area to get away from the craziness in the world, but be aware that the rangers do check for permits (free) and we got a warning for having our old dog off-leash.
Roads are maintained so we didn't have much trouble with our vintage Class A, although the mud got a little slick as it started to rain so just pay attention to the weather forecast.
Print off your camping permit from the Alberta Provincial Park website or pick it up at one of these kiosks:
Hwy 774 49.402422, -114.332443
OR
Castle Falls Rd X Ohagen Rd 49.407756, -114.341542
Pay close attention to the "allowed" camping areas as we got asked to leave our epic spot since we were camping in an area that looked totally legit (even had a fire pit) but was apparently closed (no signage stating that important piece of info! LOL).
No cell service, even with the booster, so plan ahead. We managed to get a very weak and spotty signal near the gate of Castle Falls Campground.
Overall it was a great location and we would definitely camp here again.
Living Light RV would stay here again
