Overall Rating
It was free, maintained and easy to get in and out of. And there’s a city park in walking distance from it for your kids if you have to wait a bit for your turn. It’s just a dump station. They have water to rinse and wash the gross, but no fresh water for your tank.

After boon docking around while we visited Guadalupe Mountains and Carlsbad Caverns, this was a perfect location to dump and reset for the next leg of our trip. It was clean, free and next to a park. Lots of space for any sized rig.

Great free demp station with rinse water. Easily accessible for any sized rig. Only issue is the homeless traffic. We had no issues, but 5-6 homeless did walk by in the time it took to dump.

Great free dump station. When you get off on Plaza street, it’s at the end on the left. Just has dump and non potable water.

“Lots of homeless people”

Didn’t really feel safe here with my baby and dogs while my husband was emptying our tanks. A lot of homeless people around talking to themselves and coming up to the truck.

Free dump station at a park. Just follow the road by the park, it dead ends at the dump station. There is a 14 foot bridge that your GPS may try to take you under (circled in red), but there’s a way to get to it without going under the bridge (highlighted green on my photo)

It’s a free dump in a nice park by a lake. And there is a frisbee golf course there if you have the time. And no portable water here.
