Even though it has been raining all day, site 64 has no flooded areas. It is a huge, beautiful site surrounded by trees. We did not use the wash house so can’t comment. Don’t ever get this site. It was raining the last two days and when we arrived it was in water. I went to the kiosk and they knew why I had come. This site floods after every rain storm. They offered us another site but without a view. We pulled in opposite the way you should which they said was ok but it was still in an inch of water... more
Don’t ever get this site. It was raining the last two days and when we arrived it was in water. I went to the kiosk and they knew why I had come. This site floods after every rain storm. They offered us another site but without a view. We pulled in opposite the way you should which they said was ok but it was still in an inch of water when we exited. Don’t understand why they don’t address this issue.
The view was spectacular.
Nice beach walk.

Down near the PEI ferry dock turnoff along the water's wedge. Set back from the road, minimal noise, park or golf course like setting with all campsites overlooking water. No electricity or water at the sites, water spigots nearby so that's not an issue. Well spaced campsites, staggered, but no shielding from each other. Not a problem.... more

Good checkin service, seniors from anywhere get a discount. There was a fire and liquor ban at the time of our visit (Late June just after graduation day for school kids). Busy seanson is from 7/4th through Labor Day.
Nearby town of Pictou very historic, old world and lovely. People are very friendly and helpfull.

More a contract long termed camping spot. Very nice folks, but very much a tight parking lot.
