Pool, spa, laundry, bathroom, showers, nice level spots, a selection of items to purchase in the small store if you need something. You can have mail or packages sent it and they have staff on site all the time. I would highly recommend staying here. It’s convenient to everything including a short 20 minute drive to Las Vegas and the strip. Lots of hiking and bike trails and entrance to Lake Mead and a visit to Hoover Dam and the Colorado river.
Put this place on your next stop over.

Found this place as its close to some great Vegas mountain bike trails (Bootleg Canyon) Great Verizon cell service, not all of Vegas does. The RV park has Good WIFI, clean toilet/shower/laundry facilities 2 fenced dog walks in quiet beautiful Boulder City with grocery store, coffee shops, yoga and restaurants. 30 min to the strip without the prices of the strip, we stayed here for 10 days. My wife wanted to spend the whole winter! The pool and jacuzzi were down for major repairs while there. We came from Wyoming and were able to wash the RV and truck in a spot designated for washing on the prem for 16 bucks, not too bad, I usually ending up spending 30+ dollars at the self wash. They have a fee dump site too if you’re just passing through with potable water.

Park is very neat and tidy, pool and other amenities in great shape. Lots wide and level and multiple shower facilities in pretty good shape. Area of the park is industrial but clean as well. Felt safe here. Only negative was lack of trees etc.

This park is minutes from the lake mead visitor center and Boulder beach areas, as well as the Hoover dam and the charming town of Boulder City.
The spaces are fairly generous and mostly pull thrus. There are some trees and landscaping that make it feel a little less like a giant parking lot which is always appreciated in a desert setting. They do charge an up charge for use of 50A.
We didn’t end up using the bathhouses, laundry or pool during our stay, but all looked fine. The laundry room seemed large with lots of machines.
Cell service with AT&T was perfectly acceptable for working and video calls, although we ended up using our starlink instead as we continue to test it roaming to new locations.

So a bit of a fiasco with Good Sam. When I made the reservation they couldn’t find my membership – even though I was holding the card in my hand. The young lady said to bring the card with me when I checked in. Noted on the confirmation email that it was contact less check-in. When we were close, I called to get the GS discount. The woman who answered said sorry once we charge your card we can’t change it. It’s not fair to give the discount if you bought GS after making the reservation (which I didn’t). We can’t do that for everyone or we wouldn’t make any money. Um, what? If you are offended by GS, then stop honoring it. Anyway, moving along. Interior roads are paved with pea size gravel in the sites. The sites are pretty close and even closer on the perimeter where they have shared utilities. Our site was a mostly level pull thru that just fit the motorhome. We parked the toad in a small space between us and the next RV. We assumed this was ok as there were no instructions given. There are no picnic tables and no fire pits. There are many long term, and the sites are fairly neat. The WII FI worked ok. Verizon was 4g 4 bars. Satellite would not be a problem, and they have cable but we didn’t try it. There is a small pool near the office. It is very, very windy! It is an easy 8 mile drive to Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. Boulder City has a cute historic downtown – a little green oasis amidst all the brown. There are lots of Mediterranean style homes with sweeping views of Lake Mead. Due to the inadequate customer service and overpriced nightly fees, we would not stay here again.

This is a very fine park. A good combination of overnighters and longer term, but no ugly dead plants and that sort of junk. It’s impeccably kept, with what looks like a new large pool and spa tub, and barbecue available to all. It’s just a few minutes from Hoover Dam, but far enough off the main roads that it’s very quiet, especially at night. There are nice mountain views in several directions. Roads are paved, campsites are gravel. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the first stop on our family's full time RV journey and we're happy it was. We arrived just after dark and a paper map was ready on the window. The pull-through FHU site was easily accessible and level...but you're just feet from your neighbors (we didn't have enough room to extend awnings). This place is QUIET, but in a good way - we were often the only people at the pool/hottub. Laundry was $1.00/$1.50 per wash/dry, depending on the time cycle.
For families with children, we recommend the Nature Discovery Trail and Rock Garden, which is only a couple minute drive from the park, and the Historic Railroad hiking trail about 15-min away.
We had excellent cell coverage via Visible and T-mobile, along with 4 bars on a Sprint mobile hotspot.

Good location, nothing special. Hoover dam closed... went to the Pawn Stars Shop, Counts Kustoms and the strip... Don't need to see the strip again, much construction and seemed slow due to covid and the governor dictates. Checked out shops in Boulder City and went to the Hotel/Museum... it was good.
