i am a member of "The National Parks and federal Recreational Lands Pass" Senior Lifetime, do we still have to pay a fee?

Yes, it’s reduced . Electric is normally $33, but for sr with pass is $18.50.

Unless things have changed, those campgrounds are actually managed by Thousand Trails. So I don’t think that would work. Pretty sure you either pay them or if you are with Thousand Trails as a member the probably not.
