The days I was there were very cold over night and there was no heat tape or insulation on the water spigots so they froze up.
The pool was closed.
Dogs are allowed but not welcomed. The park rules state walk your dog in the forest - there are no walkable trails in the forest. The "forest" is very rocky terrain, true ankle twisters.
Cable did not work at my site.
At best, I would classify this as a rustic park - overpriced.

We were two class a motor coaches staying at this park for two days. The sewer connections were buried with rubble. One connection was blocked and caused a spill. Lot of mud getting to the gravel and unleveled parking spots. Laundry room was dirty. The park had the appearance of neglect. We will not return.

Williams is mountain top, and I hit here during a light snowfall. Roads were fine. This park looks like a nature park, with space between units, plenty of trees, very pretty. They have a small hotel as well, and real train cars converted into cabins. The owners are lovely, very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

I’ve been on the road for 6 years so I’ve had my share of experience at trashy parks and this one takes the cake!
I paid for a “premium” spot, it was the most expensive RV site available. Not only was it a “buddy site” it was totally uneven. We lived in a fun-house for two nights. There was trash and broken glass all over our spot, the dump was surrounded by a mound of dirt that my husband literally had to dig out in order to get our tube to attach (and that was WITH our extender that makes it taller), and the trash cans were full to the brim the entire time. Not to mention the trash from the people living full-time in there. To clarify, houses are expensive so I get the want to live in RV parks, but they should have to be held to a better standard!
I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy!

Paid 55 a night but environmental fee and heritage charge added to bill made it more expensive. Most lots are not level and are dirt, stayed in site 23 with full hookups which was on the upper hill. There was a lot of walking area and place to ride atv near by. A local resident said ownership had changed recently and the new management did not take care of things like the previous management.

I would come back if the prices were more reasonable.

FHU, big rig friendly, great staff, easy in and out.
We stayed there so we could go to the Grand Canyon. The park is close enough to drive or you can take the train from Williams. No real issues with this park other than the site we had was pretty unlevel. Not a big deal.
We would stay here again.

The campground feels connected to Rt 66 with old signage and such, which is cool.
A national forest is literally on the property line of the campground so can go for a nice hike.
Some of the other campers there did not have any proper campground etiquette. Walking through sites and such. Otherwise, generally quiet and family-oriented.
Sites were not all that great.
