I would come back if the prices were more reasonable.

FHU, big rig friendly, great staff, easy in and out.
We stayed there so we could go to the Grand Canyon. The park is close enough to drive or you can take the train from Williams. No real issues with this park other than the site we had was pretty unlevel. Not a big deal.
We would stay here again.

A national forest is literally on the property line of the campground so can go for a nice hike.
Some of the other campers there did not have any proper campground etiquette. Walking through sites and such. Otherwise, generally quiet and family-oriented.
Sites were not all that great.

But, lots of signs, lots of random rules (walk dog in woods with visible poop bag, sink for tent campers only, etc), sites were not level at all. Laundry room has a toilet room and 2 shower rooms one with handicap bars. The showers were not clean and the locked room was not gender specific. A train passes through regularly although we didn’t have a problem sleeping. Sewer hoses must be elevated. None of our devices were able to connect to their internet.

Great location just outside the main drag in Williams. A bit on the older side but the grounds were very well maintained. Just minutes to Bearizona and about 60 miles to the south entrance of the Grand Canyon. Perfect spot to see anything around Williams while not being in the parking lot RV parks inside town. Expect some light highway noise and trains coming in and out of town, none of which was a disturbance. Staff was very friendly and enforcing masks inside the reception/store for those who are concerned about that. After checking in, an escort lead you to your site and made sure you were all good. Can not comment on the bathrooms or showers since we did not use any of those amenities. Playground was pretty rundown but my kids still had a great time. The upper section of the park does sit on a hill but was no issue getting level, make sure to bring some blocks with you for other things like a grille, table, etc. Overall good park, will return again.

Our space was large enough to fit our 32 foot trailer, F250, F150, and our 16 foot utility. Park was fairly quite, with the occasional sxs leaving. The location is perfect to visit Williams, nearby lakes, and Bearizona. We worked here remotely using our cellphones as hotspots and mifi using Verizon without issue. The park Wi-Fi was spotty during peak times and ok to surf the web off-peak. We would stay here again next time we are in Williams.

Biggest gripe was the pads are small and if level immediately slope down on many mine included. Had about 3 feet of level ground then ~8 feet down to next space. Obviously the slope only serves to separate campers. Some were very nice though. The one next to me had a huge flat area with a tree out front!
Staff is on top of things and friendly.
Despite the sloping spaces they had lots of pull through and there was ample space between campers so not stacked like cord wood I see in so many other parks.

The site was just fine. Fairly level, but no shade. Convenient location to the Grand Canyon and the front desk was pleasant on the phone. We stayed one night while touring the Grand Canyon in a brand new camper with a new truck. I got an email days later saying the groundsman found the site needed attention. And they charged my card for $15 without asking for letting me know. I’m baffled as to what that damage could have been since we only hooked to water and electric, never used the sewer. An email to them was returned as undeliverable. Poor business practices.
