There are only 7 sites, we had site #7 so no one on one side, but as soon as we pulled in we had to put our windshield privacy shade because you face the public parking lot.. with hundreds of people.
There are water, electric and sewer hookups. No shower facilities though
For a few dollars more, we preferred Maple Haven which offered more seclusion, full services and fast cell coverage.

What a little gem of a place. Yes, there are only 7 spots, and yes, you are in a parking lot, and yes, you are fairly close together...but, worth it! The location is perfect for exploring the area, the view across the street is spectacular and there are full hookups in what feels very much like a self run campground. It helped that we had great neighbors and gorgeous fall colors, but would definitely stay here again. We were here M-F and the parking lot was never close to full during the day and completely quiet at night. Hike Bald Mountain for sunset for sure!

Access to the lake is included in the fee as it garbage pickup daily (am). The sites were clean, easy to access and the full hookups great as there are no other facilities on the site. There is a dump station near the entrance of the lot with a $25 fee for use, for those not staying at the RV site. Close to I-93, with great view of Cannon Mountain and the Tram as well as 10 mins distance to some of the best area hiking make this a great place to stay in my books!

Sites are close together and on the edge of a large parking lot for hikers. Even with it's odd surroundings it was well maintained, within walking distance to Echo Lake Beach and felt separate from the big parking lot. Great access to many hiking trails and the aerial tramway.
We were told that there is no cell service for anyone in this location.
