Overall Rating
I am partial to public campgrounds, which translates into a rare occurrence for me to give 5 stars to a private campground, but this campground came close. It was excellent for a campground with sites lined up in rows with minimal privacy between sites.
The campground however had a great location with a beach on the estuary and next to wooded Park along the river that had a bike/walking trail, playground, cafe, kayak rental & sunsets 🙂.
Great staff in office, clean bathrooms with showers & small grocery essentials at office. We were lucky and got the last campsite (2:30 pm) available. We got 2 services…water and electric.
Morses safari would stay here again
