The park was NOT easy to find. The signage is not as large as it could be. The entrance is misleading. One has to enter through a service station parking lot. There is pavement all the way including the park roads. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic.
Our site, 01, was a nose in that was not quite long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 /50amp, water and sewer) were to the left side. Distancing is close but normal for an urban park. Our site had a small picnic table but NO fire pit. It was sloped up hill but fairly even. It was not difficult to level. Overall the park was clean but the small pea gravel used almost everywhere tracked into the coach easily and made walking with sandals uncomfortable.
We did not use the park included wifi or the cable TV. We did find a number of OTA channels. Satellite should not be difficult. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean and modern. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm.
There are no trails from the park but a short walk will take you to a State Park where you have to pay an entrance fee to use the beach, boat launch etc. There is a bicycle lane near by that will allow you to pedal all the way to the London Bridge safely.
There is a Pub an easy walk away and just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be an okay place to relax and recharge before boondocking again. We paid a weekly rate of $44.53 per night inc tax and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again.

There's a great little store and deli just outside the park in case you need a snack. The people...the folks that take care of you (Connie & Tabitha) are the best! They will assist any way they can to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Everyone I met was so friendly and that's important because you are close to one another in this park. Even being close, I never heard my neighbors. Now if like me, you enjoy playing a little Texas Hold 'Em, they have a very fun, friendly Friday night game. I highly recommend! Book early...this place fills up and for good reason! Enjoy your stay at Campbell Cove!

We love lake fishing and decided to stay in Lake Havasu for several months in our Venture Sonic VRB190 trailer. The owners of Campbell Cover RV Resort are hands-on, and they treat everyone like family. We enjoyed Tabitha and Connie so much. Ed, Tabitha's husband was very gracious and welcoming. They even accept mail and Amazon packages, which are essential if you stay more than a few weeks. I am only semi-retired, so a stable, strong Internet connection was essential. We rented a cable box from them, and I had no trouble with Zoom meetings. There are a lot of campers here that are snowbirds that return every year and who we enjoyed socializing with over the holidays, especially the Friday night card games. Great lake views from many locations in the park. They keep the grounds clean, and all the amenities were well cared for. This park is outside Havasu State Park's gates, where so many events occur. Don't miss a chance to stay here if you come to Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We hated to leave.

We could barely open our slides in our site. Could not open our awning or set up our patio due to proximity of our neighbors slide. If we would have set up our patio, we would have been right next to our neighbors sewer hook up. More full timers than travelers. Only redeeming quality was a great view.

Access to the Park is through the driveway and the Park is behind the Union 76 gas station. Spaces were extremely tight. The pool area was nice and the laundry was good. Lots of machines. Bath house was worn down and in need of some repairs. Lots of hot water though. Park is on the north end of town near a state park. Gotta drive into town for supplies. Lake Havasu is not a very bike friendly town so beware of trying to get around on bikes. No WiFi, but good cell service.

Service is good, the monthly stay is much less expensive . It’s better to stay the month than two weeks. The difference is you pay the electric bill separately.

I sent a letter to the owners of CCRR to alert them of the gross misconduct of their front desk employee, Winnie. I didn't hear back. This is a high-alert-day-and-age when the rest of us have to be wary of disgruntled employees who cross the line by behaving verbally abusive and harassing. Unprovoked threats like: “In the future don’t you dare show up and expect me to make room for you..." (even though we had a text message from another employee confirming availability), and if we didn't like it, “Pack it up and hit the road - go on - hit the road!” are unforgivable. Based on past 1-star reviews, this mistreatment of guests has been ongoing and escalating. So dear owners... on behalf of all your paying customers, your employee's aggressive and inappropriate behavior should not ever be OUR problem. And, until you have made your RV park a safe, enjoyable and friendly place to stay we'll be skipping the high dose of hostility and spending our money with your competition. Haven’t you heard? Zero-tolerance for bullies!

FOR LOCATION I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. From reading some of the other reviews I see things much better then some. Main thing is out west private campgrounds are always tight on spacing. Finding ones that are not is a treasured place. Staff very accommodating and ready to help. Bathrooms fair. The 2 showers have low pressure and drip all the time. Sinks need a space to sit things and a cleaning around the edges. Laundry very small. Pool area looked inviting. Hot tub was always busy even with air temp.less then 50 degrees. Everyone staying here are very friendly and give a wave and smile as you walk by. . Only saw a few smoking outside. If your not happy with your space they are more then willing to help you out. Views can only be seen from very few places. A few public areas where you can watch beautiful sunsets over the lake. It has industrial buildings all around. The campground sits up high the buildings all around the campground obstruct views somewhat. Very quiet at night. Very cramped spaces makes me very happy I don't have slides. Place very busy lucky to get a space without a reservation. VERIZON reception 3 and 4 bars. If you want internet in your RV it's $15 a week extra. I just used my phone. Pets welcomed.

We have a very small slide on our camper (18” deep). Sites are so tight that we only had about 6” of space between our slide and the neighbor’s slide.
Many heavy smoking full-time residents. Couldn’t open our windows because the smoke would pour into our unit.
Place says dog friendly but it really is more “dog tolerable”. Only a very small (maybe 7x10’) caged area where dogs are allowed. Smelled so strongly of urine when it rained that I gagged walking by it with my dogs.
No views of the lake at any site. The website is deceiving. Would not stay here again.
