Camp Olowalu

This is a very pretty private park along the water. Tent campsites look lovely! Unfortunately for those of us staying in a camper van, not so much. All vehicles including camper vans park in the same bark-covered parking lot, so there is absolutely no privacy nor anything to recommend camping here except for the lovely bathrooms, showers, and beach to the east nearer to the highway (sandy vs. rocky) which is very nice to snorkel. They did assign us a tent campsite as well with picnic table, which was a nice gesture, but overall the best thing about this campground are the bath facilities. Please note that it is $20 per adult, not $20 per campsite. We camped at Camp Olowalu in a camper van.
