This was the epitome of a Florida RV Resort. There a many "snowbirds" here and a lot of them from Canada. We called ahead for a reservation and used our PA discount. We were told they only had 1 spot left. Our spot was a grassy one which unfortunately was very soft and muddy. The previous occupant had left deep track marks. We were able to back in and get level. The spaces were close but not uncomfortable. We were able to pull our awning and slides out with no issues. We had FHU. They did have Wifi available (it was down though) for a fee. We had good service with Verizon-about 4 bars of 4G. There were 3 laundry areas available though I would recommend using the one by the office. The other 2 are out in the open (something I had never seen before) and the one closest to us had no working dryers. There are also 3 shower houses. The one we used was fairly clean with 2 showers and 3 toilets. There are 2 pools (1 is heated) and a hot tub. They had a small gym with a couple of cardio units and a few weights. They had a library room with lots of books and puzzles. They also had a billiard room, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, petanque, horseshoes, and a rec room with Bingo on certain nights. The noise level was fine with an occasional train in the background. Everyone was very friendly, and if you have your own golf cart you'll fit right in. Golf carts and bicycles are the mode of transportation to get around the resort. We only stayed a week, but we will definitely keep this on our radar for next winter.
NomadicFamilyLife would stay here again

We were here for about 30 minutes and had to leave because of the internet. We could not get any speed tests to even start on either AT&T or Verizon. We talked with a long time resident and he said the WiFi and local telephone carriers are horrible. He said most of the park residents are now going to satellite Internet services. We talked with a family member that has been here for a few days and he said they could only get one of their three devices to connect on the camp WiFi and their AT&T phone was not working either.
The park is very nice. Tight roads and low branches for big rigs. Beautiful pool areas, shuffleboard, etc. A nice community.
