Camp HiYo! RV Park

When we made the reservation, their website reservation rules said if we cancel within 30 days, we will be charged a non-refundable $25 fee. They have since changed their website to reflect where they actually steal your money.

If you try to cancel your reservation, you get charged the full amount. You will owe a cancellation fee for both nights equal to the amount of each stay...even after you are told that you will receive a full refund.

POOR customer service. They do not answer the phone. I called for days before someone answered.

This crooked campground has resorted to stealing from people as the only way to gain business. They have lost mine.

I am sure the amenities and website look appealing. They put a lot of stolen money into these things when they take this hard earned money from potential customers. Everyone is struggling in this economy and to turn against your fellow man for a few dollars is criminal. The values and morals of this campground do not represent over 99% of good campgrounds in the United States...there are other awesome places to stay - go there.
