Is there room at the back in sites or a separate parking area for boats? Would there be an additional charge?

Boat sites, if available, can be reserved for an additional fee. Suggest calling for a boat site before bringing.

Campsites are pretty small so probably not enough space. I suggest you call the management as they may have alternate parking areas.
