Overall Rating
For eligible veteran or military personnel this campground is ideal. Check-in was easy either at the gate or building at entry to campground. It’s clean and well-maintained. Very quiet. Looks new playground for the kids and plenty of room to walk dogs.
Very economical stay at less than $8 per night. Close to SAC museum and Mahoney State Park. Close enough to Omaha without the traffic. Try Cheri-O’s in nearby downtown Ashland-incredible biscuits and gravy and fluffy waffles.
