“Great maintained BLM sites right by the River”

This area contains plenty of parking for all rig types on gravel maintained. surfaces. There are restrooms and picnic tables. The best part about the whole thing was the River. We ended up parking out 30ft class A right next to the river on the pull out.

I drove by this campsite and saw that I had a couple bars of LTE on Verizon at the highway. I imagine you’d be able to pick it up at the camp which is right next to it. Looks like an awesome spot I will definitely return to camp here some time and to confirm the cell signal.

“Nice free campgound by the river, convenient for Ouray and Telluride”

This is well-maintained, free US Forest Service campground on the bank of the San Miguel River. With the exception of one campsite, it is all gravel. There are 2 pull-throughs, a small back-in site and a covered picnic table at the entrance. There is a very long pull-through, a large dirt back-in site, picnic table, clean vault toilets... more
