“Beautiful spot close to Bryce ”

Reviewed Oct 13, 2017

Overall Rating

We camped here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! The view from the campground was amazing. There's a paved bike trail that goes through Red Canyon so it was an ideal location to bike. Also it was only about 10 minutes from Bryce Canyon NP! There were some ruts coming in so it could be sketchy if you have a small car, but it was pre... more

“Amazing! But tricky getting in and out”

Reviewed Sep 11, 2016

Overall Rating

We actually discovered this location on the reco of a local ATV rental place and scouted it first in our toad - a Mini Cooper. The entrance road from the main road is unpaved but totally driveable (watch for a few low hanging trees) until you get to the camping area. Incredible views of rocks/voodoos tempted us... But the ruts in the r... more

“Fantastic scenery, fast cell service, not level”

Reviewed Apr 23, 2016

Overall Rating

The main camping area is a small loop that's not very level. However, we used the combination of a rut in the road and our anderson leveling blocks to get perfectly level. The scenery is fantastic, tons of pine trees and some hoodoos around. AT&T was fast and reliable. Verizon was fast as well, but sometimes dropped. Overall, a great s... more

“Got stuck!!”

Reviewed Nov 04, 2015

Overall Rating

Beautiful site not far from road. Spent day at Bryce and then stayed here. Nice site except that in am hubby backed into a deep rut and we got stuck! Had to jack up the back wheel and put rocks under it to get out. Thankfully it worked. Just be cautious if you stay here and I would not camp here in the rain. No cell service either. But... more

“Bring your leveling blocks!”

Reviewed Oct 13, 2014

Overall Rating

We almost didn't stay here because of how un-level the campsite at Cabin Hollow is. We were able to get level with 5 blocks, but that means we need to keep the pet ramp out for our dog so he can get in the trailer. If you have a rig longer than 27 feet, don't bother coming here (it was borderline do-able for us). The spot we ended... more

Bryce is one of the most underrated of the 5 Utah National Parks! It’s shockingly beautiful and the hiking trails are amazing. We stayed at Cabin Hollow Campground in Red Canyon. There’s a fire rin...
