This campground rating is based on a short-term stay versus destination. The Cabela's RV Park & Campground (CG) was easy to find and we arrived early in the afternoon. As this is a first-come-first-serve CG, we drove through until we found a site (19 with FHUs) we liked. As Cabela’s Club members we got a 20% discount so we walked over to Cabela’s and paid for our site in a regular checkout line. You can also pay by credit card, cash, or check at the little unmanned office on the backside of the restrooms, showers, and laundry building. The laundry room was very clean and very reasonably priced with four washers and four dryers. Along with the majority of the sites being FHU, there are also electric-only and tent sites. They have cable but it’s pretty much the same as the OTA channels. There’s WiFi and we got 4 bars on Verizon and T-Mobile. You are near the interstate so there is some road noise, but not as bad as expected. This is a great CG for a couple of days' stay.

Restaurants within walking distance as well as fueling stations. Walmart and town of Sidney are near by. Ask the employees for any activities in the area. They let us know about Oktoberfest at the fairgrounds and a car show in Sidney.
We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great level and shaded pull thru Campground. Spacing between sites is reasonable.

Self check in (or you can pay in the store), fantastic wifi (we streamed with no issues), and laundry/showers (we didn’t use but looked fine). We spent some time wandering the Cabela’s store. Sites are first come first serve, but it was only half full when we left (late April, stayed on a Saturday).

And water/electric posts are at the front of the rig on all sites, except the back in sites. Just odd. Electric only is just an open parking lot with a post, undefined spots so again, awkward.
Shower/laundry building has codes. Listed on self registration envelope or provided on receipt of pay at store. Laundry - clean, $1.50 wash $1.50 dry. Showers (didn’t look at these). Dump station. Potable water at dump station is on during off season. Kinda weirded me out though being it was right at the dump station. It’s used for both purposes. Kinda gross. Dumpsters are conveniently located.
Surrounding area- a lot of the stores/restaurants are out of business. But still some open within walking distance. Nice walking area/park across the store parking lot.
Self service pay or go into the store. If you go in the store be prepared for a hard sales pitch for their credit card- as you walk in the door and at the register. A bit expensive for what you get $36 in off season where the only utility available is electric. 10% off for good Sam, AARP, AAA. 20% off for Cabelas club members
They also have a free area for semis/RVs that has traffic all day. Noisy road. Heavy poop smell all the time. The train others mentioned was barely noticeable for me.
nice for an overnight stop comparative to other campgrounds in the area. Not somewhere I’d stay longer than that.
They did have WiFi (no password) but it wouldn’t connect for me.

This RV park is a wonderful for a night stay! Very clean and has 50,30,20 amp hook ups. They only run water during season but for a night stay it was wonderful. Close to love’s for a shower and Walmart for anything else. Cabelas members get discounts.

Right off I80. Some highway noise and there is a train that passes nearby once in a while. Clean bathrooms and free showers. Received a discount with cabelas club card. There is also a manure smell that might not be too pleasant with the windows open but not an issue in January. Good stop for an overnight

This campground is perfect for a night or two. It was very clean and quiet. The grounds are well kept. There was no one in the office so you can just go in the store to pay. Definitely will be back
