“Dishonest Owners Dumpy Facilities ”

Overall Rating

Giant crack under our cabin door and cabin was only 40 degrees with heater running. Owner refused to issue refund and instead blamed us that we didn’t understand a rustic cabin. Rustic does NOT mean defective and poorly maintained. Stay ANYWHERE ELSE in Buena Vista but this place. You will thank me!

I wanted to happily land with amenities for a few days, since I disperse camp 90% of the time. However this place is wildly overpriced. I have a back in site with electric, there is no way to position that is level. Many amenities are closed or out of service. Zero privacy in my site. Overall Rating

This campground, formerly a KOA, is an excellent, laid back campground with amazing vistas of the Collegiate peaks mountains. One note: they have a pizza that rivals Beau Jos. Not as many choices, but one of the best pepperoni pizzas I've ever had. Not kidding. Friendly, helpful staff.

Overall Rating

Stayed 3 nights in early October. Our site had a great view. Nice concrete patio area with fire pit. Bathroom/shower house with 2 rooms was very close and in addition to the larger bathrooms/showers in the main building. Very clean. Close to Buena Vista.
