Bussell Park Campground

This was the perfect place for a quick, one-night stop for us. We were traveling south from South Dakota back to Texas and found this little gem. 12 concrete slips… 7 with water and electric, 5 with full hookups. It is literally in a neighborhood park with frisbee golf, two playgrounds, walking trails, covered pavilions, etc. There is a small, local grocery store close by too.

Campground has plenty of shade at all sites. They have recently put in 5 new pads with full hook ups to include sewer! The other 7 or so have water and electricity. Modern park and splash pad within walking distance. Also a decent shower building. Beside the campground is the second largest flag and pole in the state. If it’s flying you’ll see it before you even get to town. A nice little fishing pond and walking trail is there as well. Basically everything you want packed into one!
