“Solitary, spectacular views, and fishing”
Reviewed Jun 10, 2015
Exit Burnt Lake Rd. from Rt.191, it is a dirt road that travels through BLM land and enters the National Forest, please note that to access to this site you could not tow a trailer, camper, or RV. There are large rocks, sharp turns, and a couple obstacles. This is the only camping spot for about 1 mile, service was spotty for my Verizon(1-2 bars 3G) You will have a fire pit, wood, a hiking, bike, or dirtbike trail, lots of fishing spots on Burnt Lake, mountain views to the northwest and a daily view of the lake from atop. I was fortunate enough to experience an amazing sunset, rain and thunderstorms, sleet, and sunshine. Hope you enjoy also!
