This is a basic park with no fancy amenities.
We stayed on July 5th and the park pretty much filled up be we had pre-paid and had a reservation.
Site 57 is plenty long and can handle a bigger rig then ours. Our 5th wheel is 36 feet long and our truck is 21 feet.
I didn't write down bars for T-mobile as I have been told the number of bars is not a reliable measure of speed or call quality. It is better to get the DB signal strength but I did not do that this time (long day) but I did do some speed tests with Open Signal. I received 4 to 11.5 Mbps inside the RV and around 14 Mbps near the office. I used the Speedtest app to check on the park Wi-Fi and it was poor. I had a speed of 1.5 to 1.9 Mbps right near the office.

Stayed here due to mechanical troubles with our tow vehicle. Very pleasant owners, and they really will work with you if you have special needs. Check in was quick and easy. The power was good, water pressure great, and the sewer placement was good. They even had cable TV, with lots of channels. The spots were mostly back in, but there was lots of room to get lined up. We didn't use their laundry nor shower facilities, but as neat as everything else appeared, I would guess that would be acceptable as well. Although this is located right along the highway, the noise wasn't obtrusive at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, this is not a bad campground. Some spots are a little close together, and some of the large trees make getting into some of the spots tight (especially on the east end of the park). My biggest issue is the power. We were here two years ago and had the same issue on 50 amp service. Our EMS kept cutting power to the rig when voltage on one leg drops below 103 volts. This kept happening last year and is happening again this year. Seems as though when the weather gets hot (so you need your A/C) it’ll cause low voltage on one of the legs. I plugged into the 30 amp service running A/C and a crockpot (drawing 21 amps per the EMS) and showed 105 volts on each leg. Worked for about 30 minutes (until the breaker got hot) and dropped to 102 volts, at which point the EMS shut down power to the rig.
I had hoped this problem had been resolved in two years time, but it had not. And $40.00/night (that’s with a Good Sam discount) is a bit much when these types of issues are present. Next time I’ll drive on to Bend.

Cons: Poor WiFi, however, that was being updated, just not ready during our visit. Thus giving the park only 3 stars.

They even have a great book exchange. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry room are all clean. The sites are full-hookup. The WiFi was quicker and better than other parks we have been in. Deer walk right through the campsites. They also sell propane here at a better price than most places. The price reflects our AAA discount. Tips: 1)Glory Days Pizza has wonderful pizza and they even deliver to the campground. 2) Make sure you fill your gas tank in Ontario if headed west, or Bend if you are headed east, as there are very few places to get gas between them except in Burns.

On the downside, considering there is no pool, laundry or rec room, we found this place overpriced. When you're the last gas station for 90 miles, you charge whatever you want. Same with this RV Park. There are very few options on your way across this part of Oregon's Outback.

Refused to give me a full refund when we could not travel that way because of the extreme unhealthy smoke levels from the wild fires.
Unlike other RV parks they instead gave me a credit which I will not use
