We stayed here for 5 nights mid-June, 2023. Our price reflects the "geezer" discount. $13 for water & power was great! Long enough site, level enough, a nice "patio" area and a commanding view! The site to the driver side was a little close, but it was empty until our last night. The site to our passenger side, was set more forward, so we weren't looking right at them. Nice camphost.
The parts I didn't love - bugs - holy cow, thousands of little tiny gnats that would come in and die on our counter. When I went into the bathhouse, they were dead everywhere. In the women's showers - the first stall never got hot, but the larger (accessible) shower got hot and worked great. Laundry - top of the washer was covered in the dead bugs, then I looked inside - OMG - full of spider webs, dead bugs & leaves. Obviously hasn't been used in a very long time. That either needs to get fixed, or COE / recreation.gov needs to take it off of the amenities list. I actually selected this CG as I wanted to do some laundry - oh well!
The parts I loved - super quiet, fireflies, gorgeous view, great little beach, three fun, very short lovely trails! One to the day use beach area, one a short nature trail and one over to the marina. Marina has a very fun looking restaurant outdoor bar kind of place with firepits, cornhole & cool lighting - sadly their info states open Fri, Sat, Sun... not when we were there.

This is a well maintained older Army Corps of Engineers campground located on The Land Between the Lakes area. Our site was within two inches of level and had plenty of space between us and the neighbors. Getting into the sites might be a little tricky because of the narrow road and the amount of trees, but we didn’t have too much trouble. The camp host was genuinely friendly and helpful. There was little to no Verizon service and our over-the-air TV antenna found no channels. This, however, is not necessarily a bad thing. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Beautiful location, attendant was nice and helpful, clean campground, beautiful scenery. Be forewarned the drive to get there is filled with curvy roads and some roads that are in rough shape. Great spot, lakeside does get an up charge of $2, not lakeside site cost is $24. Facilities were clean and well stocked. This is an older campground, so it's smaller which is nice.
We were there in August and the weather was great, not the usual hot and humid situation in the mid-southwest - we plan to come back.
