Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose. Reasonable rates and about 15 minutes to the National Park. Accommodating to people with horses as well. 5 Stars in my book! Also, cell coverage is poor but they have really good wifi.

Initially stayed here for 4 days. 14 miles to Bryce Canyon. Had flat tire and extended my stay. Had trouble changing tire due to stuck lug nuts. Staff went out of there way to find tool for me. Quite location between mountain ranges. Nice general store in tropic Utah. Only negative is zero bars with att.

Tips - If you have a taller rig, greater than or equal to 13'6", don't be dissuaded by the 13'6" bridge sign on UT-12 heading in, the two pseudo tunnels are much taller and able to accommodate semi trailers. We had a panic attack and had to call ahead to make sure we were approaching from the right direction.
Favorites - Super close to Bryce and all the geological attractions in the area. The town of Tropic is about 7 miles away which made for easy shopping. Site G-06 was super level and really easy to back our 45" rig into with plenty of room left over for our 20' tow vehicle. Park is a newer location with new infrastructure and amenities. Two dog parks and a small playground for the littles was appreciated. The people, Harry in particular, were super friendly and helpful. Site was unobstructed for Starlink.
Negatives - Nothing really other than terrible cellular service which isn't a reflection on the park.

Make sure you wear your rubber boots! The showers and bath dog bath were top notch and very clean plenty of beautiful buildings on the property with these amenities. Close to Bryce and Kodachrome and the crowds. The owners have many plans for this place I would recommend staying here also bring your horse the corals are plentiful and are right at your site!

We arrived on Friday and was greeted by the friendly staff. It turns out she was the owner. It’s nice having the owners on site 24/7 No Shenanigans going on here day or night. After check-in we easily found our pull through site....No crazy “backing in divorce” going on here. Since this park is brand new just opening May 1, 2021 we found the
50amp full hook ups nicely placed for our 41 foot Class-A Phaeton motorhome and since we arrived on Friday my husband had some work to complete and found the Free Wi-Fi worked beautifully and our cell phones worked as well with no drop calls.
The kids had a ball and are still talking about the huge Windmill. Our kids enjoyed playing horseshoes and playing at the playground. They also enjoyed going around making new friends with other campers and hearing all about their horses and their trail rides during the day. Lots to do here hiking and biking trails also just a short drive to Bryce Canyon National Park.....This place has it all.
Since there are group sites including a horse corral we will be back with our horse club later next month to enjoy riding the trails that the knowledgeable staff had sent us on.
After a day on the dusty trails you get pretty dirty. So with 3 kids and our dog in tow we headed to the showers and were pleasantly surprised to find hot, clean showers for all. Including REAL flush toilets no stinky out house’s here. They also had a bathing station and a dog run for our pup. After we were all cleaned up we headed to the on-site general store that was fully stocked with snacks, cold drinks and lots of food items I always seem to forget. They also had reasonably priced T-shirts, hats, firewood and propane. When we left after our five day stay. The staff knew us by our first name including the dog. We felt like family. Thank you Pete and Sherry. This is in our families favorite place to go on vacation and plan on making many years of memories with our new camping family.

What a beautiful gem of of an RV park and the windmill is AWESOME!! We were so lucky to find this brand new park with great trails all around. It has everything you need. Not being familiar with the area, the staff was very knowledgeable about the area and provided us information with a smile. Bonus, the kids loved the wifi, onsite grocery store, kept stock with snacks and ice cold drinks. They also thought it was neat to see the horses that other campers had boarded there for their use. This is a new park and the trees are still growing in, but plenty of space, picnic tables to use, even took nightly hot showers and all the laundry before we left. It was THE nicest shower and laundry I have ever seen. Thank you for that little piece of luxury! Keep up the great work, your windmill is now my screensaver! We will see you next spring, we cant wait to return!!

Yes this place is brand new and not everything is in place yet but that didn't take away from our great experience. It was a little windy but that is to be expected in the spring in that area. Weather is not something anyone can control. It has lots of space between sites and was very comfortable. There is a horse area that is separated from the rest of the campers which made it really nice for us non horse people. The restrooms, showers and laundry room are new and very clean. The general store is well stocked and has everything you could need. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Gave us lots of great tips and where to hike and explore. All very easily reachable from this location. The hook ups are all new and there is even WiFi. It was nice to have WiFi except I would think most people wouldn't come to that area to be on their phone or computer! Do yourself a favor and stay at this beautiful park with the exceptional backdrop. The windmill when you pull in is a very nice touch and makes for great pictures. This is one not to be missed!!!
