Recreation.gov shows no sites available for the next few months. Is that due to the camapground being closed or is it open off-season and first-come, first-served?

4/15 Recreation.gov is still showing closed.

It’s closed until Spring for renovations. Adding a kids fishing pond, basketball court and dome upgrades.
