There isn't much not to like. RV camping is the ONLY option for overnight lodging on Brundage mountain. The "campground" is a designated corner of the lower parking lot (the Centennial lot). There are no hook-ups and no formal spots. Just park where you can. Camping is free but they require you to register your vehicle at the main lodge. The slope is about 300 feet from the camping area and it's short ski down to the either the Bear or Centennial Lifts.

We were here on a busy holiday weekend. Although the slopes and the rest of the lot was packed with people, we had no trouble finding an RV spot. We quickly made friends with our RVing neighbors and felt right at home for a few days.

Don't expect any amenities besides a vault toilet in the parking lot. The mountain and lodge closes and parking lots get deserted after around 5 pm. The RV campers are the only ones around. Expect snow removal operations to begin during the middle of the night. It can get loud!
