A tent only campground, cars will have to be left outside area about 10 yards or more away. So, a bit inconvenient to get something in the car if forget to bring it. there are 2 big stones preventing cars entering.
It is a mile unpaved gravel road beyond boat ramps for commercial and public to launch their boats, kayaks, rafts. No cell service. No water, No electricity. Very quiet. Trains are on the other side of the river so didn't hear the train noise as bad as the other campgrounds inside the New River Gorge national park.
Snakehead would stay here again
