“I love this place”

Campground is located deep in the Ozarks but worth the drive. It is located north of Jerusalem, AR Which has a camel believe it or not. It is a common spot for ATV and Motocross riders because of the multitude of trails . Both are respectively separate. The campground is quite and not very full until Saturday am when the Motocross people show up from Little rock or Hot Springs. Then things get loud and busy. Most of the time , only two or three of the sites are taken on weekends. Every site has a table and fire ring with enough room for one to two tents. bathroom is primitive . No running water. BYOW. The campground is located above the lake that is man made. When there is foliage, there is no way to see the lake from the campgrounds.

I love to ride my ATV on the trails and some of the back roads. I get my topo map and GPS and go. Most of the time I never see anyone else on the trails. I also ride my mountain bike on the trails and back roads. Overall , the campground is quite, always has nice people camping there.

“Free primitive campground in the Ozark National Forest”

This is a free primitive campground in the Ozark National Forest. It has fire rings, picnic tables, and lampposts. There are only about 6 spots but there are many dispersed sites nearby. It is surrounded by OHV trails so expect lots of ATV noise. The campsite is next to Brock Creek Lake and Brock Creek as well as many hiking trails. We stayed here for a couple nights then moved to a dispersed site nearby.
