"Great for short or longer term. Clean and well maintained"

The park was easy to find and access is good as long as you are not coming North on King George Blvd (you will have to cross two lanes very quickly to get to 40th Ave). Highway 99 north access is very easy as is both directions from 152 Street There is pavement all the way including in the park. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and...

stayed here 12/12 - 12/18/21 The place is more of a snowmobile location. There a plenty of cabins, yurts, etc for lodging. We stayed in our truck camper. There was electricity and water at the site. Shower was great. There was a hot tub for your use. Which I used a number of time after skiing and it was superb. The folks there are very...

Stayed her 12/18 to 12/24/21. Electricity only at the campsite. Potable water was obtained at the maintenance buildinig down the road. The washroom was undergoing renovations and was not available for the majority of the stay. Did get a chance to use the facilities the last few days. The shower was hot - though not free. $1 got you 4 minutes....

"A bit run down"

active staractive staractive starinactive starinactive star
Stayed roughly a month. During our stay washrooms and laundry closed. Staff have very limited hours on site. Reply well to email and next day for phone messages. Place is run down a needs some cleaning and landscaping. Price is competitive for the area. Free cable was a plus, wifi was spotty. Hookups were in good shape. Close to shopping.

Fairmont Hot Springs RV Resort

"It’s not the typical Fairmont class"

We are late in the season, most of the RV park is closed, this section is small and not really set up correctly as all services are on the wrong side of the RV. We pulled into a back-in site to compensate for this layout. The Hot Springs are nice as well so are the other facilities.
