Breitenbush Road

Checked it out but not for me. After five miles down the road (where camping is prohibited) there're spots no more than 40 feet from the road, most are right on it. Despite the less than desirable location all the spots were taken. About 8.6 miles down the road there's a forest road on the right, with a few sites that were also full. My impression is people are living here full time.

The forest is dense and none of the sites are cleared enough to be useful for solar. I also got no cell signal, so hasta...

5 miles away from Detroit this road is open for camping on the sides and it is full of places. Many of them are big enough to park an RV, most of them have a fire pit.

I think that the nearer to Detroit the dirtier, but you can get phone signal. The road is open for camping for approximately 40 miles more, full of spots, some of them are very nice and near the river.

In this spot I had AT&T signal, very week but enough to surf the web. I don't have a booster.
