Overall Rating
The big amenity here is the beach. You’re literally steps from the beach when you wake up. In some cases, the beach is your site. The sand is everywhere. The power and water are stable with nice lighted power pole. There is no Wi-Fi and a county sheriff’s deputy is usually on duty for security.
There is no dump station on site. The closest one they know of is over an hour away. They do come by on Tuesdays and Fridays to dump your tank. This campground is mostly seasonal people with only 17 spots designated for daily or weekly camping.
The views are very good unobstructed waterfront view and marina / trees to the west.
The staff was very friendly, but check in is literally between 4 pm and 6 pm. They close at 6:00. After that you’re not getting in.
