Large concrete RV Pads with full hookups. Very clean park and nice sized clubhouse for gatherings. We stayed for 4 nights and would again. Staff was very friendly and professional and gave great local recommendations.

Very clean well kept park. Paved sites are long and roomy. Offset so you don’t have neighbors peering in your windows. Nice bathroom/shower combo in individual rooms - not communal area. Awesome staff - very friendly and helpful. Great spot out of town but close to Bryan and College Station. Will definitely return.

The night before I was set to evacuate Hurricane Laura, I got on Campendium and started calling around. The friendly lady on the phone said they had space available and would work with me if I needed to extend my stay. In person, she was just as lovely as she was on the phone. The park is new and we were put in a newer section of the park. Full hook ups and all for 35 bucks. Good deal. Along with the perfectly level sight, were amenities, like the pool, game room, laundry room, work out room and another building meant for group gatherings, that had a kitchen, tables and chairs, couches and a big tv. After four days there, I really felt like family there. I've never experienced that feeling staying at a campground of any kind. I was sort of sad to leave. If you need a place to stay in Caldwell, this should be your first choice. They eptomize southern hospitality.

We stayed here overnight with an after hours checkin. Agree with previous review: sites are huge, generously spaced. The hookup towers were pretty neat with lights as well. This may be in the country but Hwy 21 can be a tiny bit noisy. Didn’t bother us. Nice pool. They were not super busy while we were there and it is winter so being parked next to the pool was great! If we are ever in this neck of the country we would definitely stay again.

We paid the monthly rate of $550 for 22 nights at a pull-thru site. This park is brand new and very clean with level cement pad sites. The owners are very friendly and super accommodating in all matters. We were able to receive numerous packages here and were able to check in after hours with no issues. There's a small pool, a bit of playground equipment, and a fenced in dog area. The laundry facility is spacious and adjoins the fitness room and game room which is very thoughtful and convenient. The only negatives for this park is the complete lack of shade and noise from the nearby busy road. Shade and noise always weigh heavily in our rating and are the reasons for the overall 3-star rating. Everything else about this park is great.
