Lakefront pull-through sites are tight. Hope you like your neighbor. Plus, with even numbered sites you have to pull in facing away from the lake. Makes it not worth paying extra for lake front. Park was packed all week. Access is on a super busy road. Great location if you want to visit the Landing, but not much else. If you are near the bridge, you get highway noise. On the other end of the park, you get train noise. The train comes through several times at night and it is loud. It woke me and I don't wake easily. Propane is available on site. Office folks are helpful. The free trolley comes through frequently. In the buddy sites, if you both put out your awning they will almost touch. Very few trees for shade. Public fishing docks in the park.
Park wifi worked well. AT&T cell service was 5 bars of 4G, good enough to stream.

Our first time in Branson, and we will be back. Lakeside RV park is a great place to stay, we arrived at the end of spring break so not crowded. The buddy sites are unique and wonderful. we are traveling with another couple and being door to door was nice. Grass areas and picnic benches at your site, paved roads, concrete pads, very clean pull thrus full hook ups, and trash and propane at your door service. The laundry facilities need to be cleaned and the washer dryer set up is hard on us shorter people wash is $2 and dry is $1.75.
The boat rental staff and store are very friendly and are willing to help. lots of locals go there. The lake shore line is clean and the water is clear, cold this time of year. The duck boat launches from the boat ramp fun to watch, we have electric bikes, rode to The Landing. Several food places within walking or bike distance.. parking fills up fast….. Guy Fieri’s and The Fish House are worth a try…..

Very easy access, check in was very pleasant. Plenty to room, they pick up garbage bags in front of your site every morning. Free trolley to town until 6pm. Strong WiFi.

Drive right in (very easy access), pick up your arrival packet which is in front of the office, find your spot (mine was essentially level), and park. Great views, not crowded at all this time of year, though as is typical for urban RV parks, sites are closer together than many people might prefer. But having to acknowledge and talk to your neighbors isn't all that bad. It is a short drive to the Landing. There is an occasional train that rumbles by which I never saw but assume was the Branson Scenic Railway. My AT&T hotspot showed 45 down & 19 up, and T-Mobile 5G 21 down & 3 up in my rig. And there was a 10% Good Sam discount on my $41/night rate. You need to let them know about any discounts before you arrive as your card will be charged once you do.

The campsite density is quite high at this campground. The location can't be beat. It's walking distance to Branson Landing, plus there's a free tram, tips only. Bathrooms were clean for our arrival on Monday, deteriorated slightly after that. Constantly busy, lots of foot traffic.

On the positive: the location is outstanding for visiting a lot of Branson highlights without having to drive. Walking to nearby attractions or riding the free trolley service (9a-6p) which includes a convenient stop in the RV park.
Full hookups, and threaded sewer connections plus large trees farther away from the river (lake?) add to the ambiance.
Level concrete pads at every site that I saw are very nice, easy leveling.
On the negative: Linda in the office has a very pleasant disposition, but holds no ability to multitask. Whatsoever. Witnessed it firsthand. If you have anything out of the ordinary (a reservation date change, in our case) ask for someone else. It cost us two nights’ $$.
The outer perimeter road where our site was located is actually a thru road (if your vehicle fits in the single lane under a RR trestle at the other end) so there was more traffic than we’d like.
And a local train attraction motors by periodically. No whistles (praise the lord) but it’s still a train... worth considering in site choice.
Add a Linda, an extra $78 that I’d like to have back, and some loud exhaust cars and motorcycles... I think we’ll pass next time.

Clean park in a great location. Walking/biking trail connects to the Landings mall. Small lots and pretty clean restrooms with large showers. They often have a 3 night minimum on weekends. Definitely follow their directions on their website for the best/easiest route into the park. GPS could fail you.

This is a do over. You really want to be in the first 2 rows to enjoy the river at a glance. We rented a pontoon boat, caught several fish and just enjoyed the ride on the river.
Definitely positive memories.
