Have not been here for years but I believe its still First Come First Serve. No Hookuips No Power, but very quiet. The water has a huge change since they hold for all day then use it for power all night. So you wake up to a large mudflat in the morning to reach the water.

Seattle Light owns the dam and the campground. I am unaware of any way to make a reservation.
