We stayed here in our 38' motorhome. Our site was gravel and pretty level. We had incredible views. This is our second stay and we would stay here again.

We had a good experience at Bonelli Bluffs again this year. We stayed in C loop. They have the most picturesque sites overlooking the lake. The sites are long and we easily fit with our 25’ Airstream. The best sites are along the bluff. Staff was friendly. Some of the downsides: the shores have no private chair next to the shower to use for changing; a lot of the sites have the picnic tables bolted down next to the neighbor’s hook ups including sewer, not a great place to have a meal; their are a lot of full time residents and their vehicles hang over into the road making it precarious to get your trailer through and it gives the place a run down feel. I heard they were phasing out full timers, but it looks like just as many this year as there was last year when we were here.

This RV Resort is located in the Frank G Bonelli Regional Park. There is pavement all the way including inside the park. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic.
Our site, C78, was a paved back in that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30/50 amp, water and sewer only) were to the left side. Distancing is good for a rural park. Many sites did NOT have a table (request one during check in) and NO fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was extremely well manicured. Some sites have a view to die for overlooking the valley.
There is NO park included wifi. The cable TV we found very fuzzy. We did find a number of OTA channels. Satellite would not be difficult. We did not use the washrooms, showers or the pool but we checked and found them clean.
This park is geared for long term as it has a store, mail service etc. We did not see any long term sites that were cluttered or junky looking. On the contrary, this comes across as a pretty classy park.
There are no restaurants or major stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be an okay overnighter. We paid $86.12 per night and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again.

We had to come in late Sat afternoon on a Halloween weekend and we just parked the trailer before the trick or treaters started. Apparently, it is a custom here and now we know. The Halloween Spirit was definitely alive. Sunday was very peaceful and fairly empty as most folks had to check out by 11am. Great short trip and will be back.
If you didn’t have a coax cable for TV hookup, you can easily get a strong signal from a local station.

The first time we stayed here was wonderful (up on the hill), but the second time we were down in section F and it was horrible!
It would have been nice to know when we checked in that we were going to be in the middle of a huge party with music blaring from amplifiers loud people on microphones, and very loud music playing all day and into the night. The loop was very cramped and hard to maneuver our rig. We couldn’t even hear each other talk when outside.
The music stopped around 10:30 pm but the partying did not. Whooping and hollering until past 1:00am. This was our last night at an RV park after traveling 7,000 miles across the country and was the worst RV park experience of the whole trip.

We arrived in the park on Friday afternoon and we stayed on area F with a very nice view to the lake. We were making sure that we found some peace of mind for this weekend. Unfortunately some people there decided to play a very loud music with a huge speakers/boombox, that we couldn’t even hear ours self talking, and they stopped play the music about an hour after the quiet hour. Day after, the same story repeated from 8 AM all day long nonstop and that was horrible. I know that during the day it’s not a quiet time, but that was very excessive. It was no way to escape from that super loud music, not inside the RV or outside, till we gave up and had no choice except leaving the park and spent some time in the town next to it. I’m very surprised the park couldn’t do anything about it. We were very frustrated and upset, and I’m not quite sure if we will be back again to that park. To me it feels like it was totally waste of time and money.

Sites are great and it feels very safe and overall pretty quiet. It’s also very clean. The only thing I would think to ask for in the future is a more level site. Even with a block our front jack was extended very high. Overall though I love this place.

The sunset lake view is a must to see, so if you can get a site with a view, don’t think twice, just go for it. On the last day when I was in the middle of packing up , right before the check out time, the cleaning crew guy stopped with his ATV next to me, and asked very politely if he can take my trash bag to the dumpster.
Guys, this place is highly recommend by us. We will be back again for sure.

We stayed in the F loop and while it was pretty, I think in the future we will try for one of the hill loops so we can have a lake/Mountain View.
