I do have to go past the grates mentioned in another review and turn the trailer around to get on the right aid But it is extremely easy to do with tons of room

Great dump area. It is the city’s wastewater and sewer facility. Will definitely use this again whenever we’re in the area. The last reviewer’s directions were spot on! Keep in mind that access thru the final gates may be more difficult during Covid-19 times, as gate isn’t always open.

This sewage treatment facility is very cost effective place to dump your wastewater tanks. It can be accessed easily from route 5 north or south. It may not be so easy for a long towable such as a 5th wheel because of sharp curves. If going south, you will need to take a left at the end of the exit ramp and cross under route 5. If approaching from the north, you will encounter a fairly tight hairpin turn. At the bottom of the ramp, take a left and continue until you see a fenced entrance. It is always open during the day with a green light. Signage is not great. Proceed through the gate and go right just prior to the blue globe water tank and then bear left. Proceed straight through he red authorized vehicles only sign. Approximately 150 up the road, you will see 2 channels with grates running across the road. One of the channels will have blue sign that reads septic with an arrow pointing to the appropriate channel. In warm weather, they provide a hose with water to rinse your stinky slinky. There is a box to leave a $1 dump fee.
