Do they have overflow parking?

Not per se. There is a group site with a fair number of parking spots. Additionally, just before the cattle guard at the campground entrance on your right are 3 or 4 overflow "sites" where people often camp when the campground is full. Plus, directly across the highway is a humongous rest area for parking. Oversize vehicles often spend the night there. Incidentlly, according to the Ranger, that's where Bob Scott CG was originally located in the 1960s.

I think it would be difficult- it's a long ½ mile narrow gravel road leading up to the campground and just some horse gate kind of entrances. Plan on parking at your site.

This is a very small campground built on the slope of the hillside. I don’t recall any space big enough for overflow parking.
