Overall Rating

This RV park is not a destination park, but it’s a great home base for exploring the nearby attractions (Chaco Canyon, Aztec Ruins, Salmon Ruins, etc). The owners were very friendly and the bathhouse was clean. Sites are mostly level with space to park a second vehicle, although there were no picnic tables or fire rings. A main road is nearby with a good amount of truck traffic, but it is quiet at night. Verizon was about 20-30Mbps down and 15 Mbps up, and T-Mobile was over 100Mbps down.

Overall Rating

Nothing fancy but clean and quiet. We had a 50 amp pull through space. Plenty of room for the RV and F150. Not cramped either. We had plenty of room to use awnings. WiFi was Ok. Tv buffered a little but internet worked fine. Blacktop drive and gravel pads. Leveling is not a problem. No shade though. Located in town so every need is close by. Cell reception is as you would expect for in town location. We had good neighbors. There is a laundromat on property but we didn’t go in. Check in is easy and management friendly. We will stay here often as this is the wife’s home town and this is near parent’s home.
