Sites are mostly grass, with some long-term residences, but very quiet and safe. We paid 650 a month for full hookups in a Tiffin Class A. We once lived in Orange Beach and came down for local doctor appointments. The park that we have been staying at increased their rates to over $1100 a month so we looked for another option when we found this location.
The location is safe and quiet.

My wife and I stayed here as a waypoint on the way west, and because we had never seen this part of the country before. The park is a family-run operation with the owners living on-site. We booked at the last moment and had no problem finding a full hookup pull through. The sites are long and adequate. Not roomy, but sufficient to put out slides and awnings, etc. It's a level field and the sites are grass. There are 15, 30 and 50 amp services at all sites and water and sewer. We found the campers to be very friendly and met a majority of them during our short stay. There is a mix of permanent residents, snowbirds making this their base for the winter and of course transients like us. Everyone seemed to be happy with the park, even though there were scant services other than your hookup. The park is very pet-friendly and although there is not a dog run in the park, there is one of the nicest dog runs I have ever seen in the park behind the post-office within a mile of the park.
The rate quoted reflects the Passport America discount which is generously available for up to 7 days without restriction.
The town of Foley was a pleasant surprise, as were the surrounding communities of Gulf Shores, Mobile and Pensacola (Florida) The local beaches were beautiful and there were lots of things to do in the area. Shopping and restaurants were plentiful in the area.
We will definitely return.
